DS to Control Wii
So you think you will just skip the DS(Dual Screen) crazy and wait in the long lines for a Wii. Well, that might be one approach, but after the demostration that Nintendo President Satoru Iwata gave with the DS and Wii - we might want to bone up on our Stylus skills.
In Pokemon Battle allows players to us the DS to control the characters. I just do not know how this will all workout. It would seem like might be difficult to control the characters in your hand, but after playing some, I guess it would be like using the D-Pad after all those years of Atari Stick Controls. This mirrors the concept that Nintendo presented between the Game Boy Advanced and the Gamecube, but I have a feeling this will be some much more fun. Who knows what secret levels you will only be able to unlock if you have the DS.
The ever evolving controller: | Ah yes, simplistic control at it's finest | | This was weird when it was introduced - Control Stick Replaced by D-Pad
- 2 Buttons
| | More work for the thumb | | Holy Cow - What happened here? - D-Pad and Joystick(welcome back)
- 6 Buttons
- Trigger
- Left & right 'Shoulder' Buttons
| | Controls all over the place
- D-Pad
- 2 Joysticks
- 4 buttones
- Left & Right 'Shoulder' Buttons
- Z-Button
| | NinPalmPilot - Introducing the Stylus
- D-Pad
- 4 buttons
- Should buttons
| | This should be fun |
