Wii release date to be announce

On Tuesday June 4, 2006 Nintendo said it would announce the release date and price for the Wii Console (Project Code Name: Revolution) around September of this year.

GameIndustry.biz projects that Nintendo will announce  "at the Game Convention, which takes place from August 24th to 27th in Leipzig, Germany.".  Read more from GameIndustry.biz

Previous Nintendo Anouncements about Wii
